The Lake Sumter Medical Society, a non-profit, membership organization, offer’s many opportunities to support the mission of the Society while marketing your business. We invite and welcome advertisers and vendors through numerous mediums including:
2013 Membership Meetings
All LSMS physician members are invited to our meetings with a usual response of 20-40 attendees.
Member Meeting Sponsor: $1000 Our meeting sponsors are introduced at the beginning of the dinner meeting and are given the opportunity to say a few words about the company and services offered. Sponsors are recognized in every piece of printed material associated with the meeting including the dinner program, the LSMS newsletter and on our website. In addition, 2 complimentary dinners are included. Sponsors are provided a 6 foot table to display materials, allowing the opportunity to interact with physicians one-on-one.
Vendor tables are available for $250 and provide quality time visiting with physicians during cocktail time.
Available 2013 Member Meeting dates are April 18 and September 26 for our annual political roundtable. All meetings will be held at Mission Inn at Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida.
2013 Spring & Fall Mixer recruitment events
Lake-Sumter Medical Society offers two social events for recruiting that are great evenings for serious one-on-one conversations with physicians. This cocktail party atmosphere is complete with an open bar and hors d'ourvres at the lovely Mission Inn. The success of these events tells us that our doctors like this unemcumbered time to bring their spouses, visit, eat, drink, and enjoy networking which is so important to their success. Sponsorship is limited so please contact the LSMS office for a reservation. Sponsorship: $1750 Tentative dates: June 6 and November 28
2013 Practice Managers "Lunch & Learns"
LSMS offers these business training events for practice managers. Sponsors are provided a 6 foot table to display materials, allowing the opportunity to interact with these key employees of medical practices. Additionally, sponsors are introduced at the beginning of the dinner meeting and will have the opportunity to say a few words about your company and services. Sponsorship is recognized in every piece of printed material associated with the meeting including the dinner program, the LSMS newsletter and on our website. 2013 events: April 11 and September 12 - South Lake Hospital; May 9 and October 10 - Leesburg Regional Medical Center. The cost to sponsor an office manager meeting is $250.
Learning Series and CME events
Throughout the year learning opportunities are presented by the Medical Society for members and non-menbers. Event sponsorships are $250 per event. Sponsors are recognized in every piece of printed material associated with the meeting including the LSMS newsletter and on our website. Contact the LSMS office or check the Event Calendar as events are added.
Website
Advertising on the LSMS Website will be seen on all pages as visitors click on tabs. Viewing and exposure is unlimited! An automatic link to your website will be provided with a tabulation report supplied giving the number of hits (monthly) coming from the LSMS website. The LSMS website receives an average of 17,000 hits per month. Various marketing opportunities are available, please contact the office for personal service.
Annual Expo
The Lake Sumter Medical Society hosts an annual tradeshow offering direct contact between vendors, physicians and practice management. The Expo is held at Mission Inn at Howey-in-the-Hills on Thursday, October 24 and is a featured event for the Medical Society. Many repeat vendors! 6th Annual, 2014 Docs CARE Scramble
This popular event is set for theSpring of 2014, and is co-sponsored with We Care of Lake County. Held at the lovely and challenging Mission Inn, the day is full of special opportunities for vendors to market their services or products. The day starts with breakfast on the go, and after a morning of golf ends with a late lunch with awards and auction. This is the perfect opportunity for sponsors to invite prospective customers, speak directly with physicians while enjoying a fun game of golf. Multiple levels of sponsorships are available.
